I'm Not Able to Register

Go through the below steps to see why you are having an issue registering your account.

If you have already registered your account and logged in previously - see our Logging In article for more information.

  • Were You Invited?

    You cannot create an account until you are first invited by your loved one's senior care center.  They will send an invite to the email or mobile phone number your provide to them.

    • Contact the facility to have them send you an invite!
  • Is Your Registration Code Correct?

    Your invitation includes a single-use, unique registration code that only can be used by you to start creating your How's Mom account.  This code expires after a certain time if unused.

  • Validate Your Loved One's Identity

    To successfully register you must successfully provide details on your loved one's identify.  It may happen the facility has recorded the information differently than you.
